Nicole started her career in Real Estate in 2003 and has joined First Financial Title in 2005. She is knowledgeable in closing all residential sales and refinances including bank owned properties and short sales. Her knowledge and experience ensure a successful closing each and every time.

ASSISTANT CLOSER
Lisa, a seasoned professional with years of experience in all aspects of the title industry, joined the First Financial Title Agency team in 2025. She personally embraces our mission to make property transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible. Lisa's expertise, coupled with effective communication and coordination, makes a significant difference at every step of the transaction process.

Wayne is a licensed abstracter bringing over 30 years of industry experience starting with First Financial Title in 2012. He takes pride in his team and providing an accurate and precise product for his customers.

Brett is a licensed abstracter with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He started with First Financial Title in 2012, and is always happy to explain things related to his knowledge in the title industry, and try his best to help with any questions that may arise.

Kelly has been an abstracter with First Financial Title since 2012 and brings over 25 years of experience to the company. She is proficient at researching many different systems and counties, and enjoys learning new and innovative ways to improve her title searching skills.
WENDY A. ASPLUND
SENIOR TITLE EXAMINER
Wendy has been a title examiner for over 20 years joining First Financial Title in May of 2016. With her prior experience as a Closer and Realtor she has a unique perspective of the title industry and a wealth of knowledge to tackle any title issues that may arise.
SUE FISH
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Sue has been a production assistant with First Financial Title since 2011. She assists in the handling of incoming title orders. Along with her production assistant duties she also works with the accounting department doing account receivables.

Grace, who joined First Financial Title in 2022, has quickly become an integral part of our production team. As our main typist, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our document processing. Grace's dedication to professional growth is evident in her ongoing efforts to master the art of abstracting, further enhancing her value to the team and our clients.

Cindy brings over three decades of experience to her role as Accounts Manager at First Financial Title, a position she has held since 2023. Her extensive background includes 32 years of service at the law firm now known as LOGS Legal Group. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Cindy plays a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring smooth transactions for First Financial Title's clients.
